Staff Called On For Telstra 3g Finetuning Trials

TELSTRA has begun live trials of its new "third generation" (3G) mobile broadband network covering Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra, and is expected to have it commercially available before the end of the year. Telstra paid $450 million for a half-share of Hutchison's "3" network about a year ago.
