Telstra's Voice2Text service provides unprecedented privacy for your voice messages, converting them into a text message sent directly to your mobile. You'll have constant access to your voice messages with Voice2Text, never again having to sit through meetings wondering if you are missing out on urgent messages.

You can call back or reply in text immediately with Telstra's Voice2Text, as the messages are received from the caller’s number. As long as the number isn't withheld, you can respond immediately.

Once you have activated Voice2Text it works with your existing MessageBank service, and you won't need to activate it again. The service is complementary, though - If you still want to access MessageBank to hear the voice message, you can. Many Telstra customers can benefit from if, as it’s available on Telstra 2G, 3G and Next G services for business, corporate or enterprise plans.
